You need to remove the back cover with adhesive, battery and loudspeaker assembly under the help of heat gun, guitar picks, suction cup and spudger. And then release the switch flex connector with motherboard and peel it off from the adhesive on the metal shield. When assemble the phone after replace, you will need a piece of new back cover sticker.
