Rough start, but made right.

I originally ordered a replacement battery for a Moto G4. It's a long yellow battery that connects to the phone through wire jumpers. Their store page showed that I needed, and their battery replacement video for the Moto G4 confirmed it.
Unfortunately, what I was sent was the square black battery for another Moto G4 model.
I contacted the store, explained what had happened and they confirmed that the picture on the product page was wrong. I needed to order a battery for the Moto G4 plus.
Even tho that's not what my phone is, (I still have the original retail box) and that's not what their replacement video shows.
Regardless, I was re-sent the other battery and it was what I expected.
Delivery to the States took quite awhile because it was coming from Asia, but that is a neutral point-of-fact statement, not a criticism.
Just frustrated at the time because I had to wait for it twice.
