How to solve?
1. Auto ghost touch
- Try reconnect the screen flex cable, cause the flex cable may be loosen when accidentally drop or hit.
- Try power off when charging as possible as you can, or power off a while and let it take a rest, then turn on.
2. Screen not working/Touchscreen doesn’t react to touch
-Wipe the screen with a clean and dry cloth to make sure that your touchscreen is clean. Make sure that your hands and fingers are clean and dry before using the touchscreen.
-If the Moto G5s Plus gets too hot, the touch functionality may be affected. Let it cool off and then try using the touchscreen again.
-Remove any protective case or cover from your Moto G5s Plus to verify it's not interfering with the touchscreen.
3. Moto G5s Plus screen broke/cracked
-We don't recommend you to replace only the Moto G5s Plus screen glass, it would easy to damage the digitizer. Replacing a new LCD Screen with digitizer would be a better choice. Here we also provide a video repair guide for G5s Plus screen replacement.
