Step 1 Remove the Back Cover
Step 2 Remove the upper plastic bracket
Step 3 Remove the Loudspeaker
Step 4 Remove the Side Strips
Step 5 Remove the Motherboard
Step 6 Remove the Battery
Step 7 Remove the LCD Screen
Step 8 Test the new LCD Screen
Step 9 Install the new LCD Screen
Step 10 Put back the other parts
Step 11 Put back the Back Cover
